Its soft floral-citrus aroma helps quiet overactive thoughts, ease tension, and create a peaceful atmosphere that encourages deep relaxation.
Diffuse before bedtime to help prepare for restful sleep, mix into lotion for a calming massage, or add a few drops to a warm bath for the ultimate unwinding ritual. However you choose to use it, Organic Relax supports a sense of ease for both body and mind, helping you transition from the busyness of the day to a state of serenity.
How to Use
Diffuse or place a drop or two near your pillow at night. This blend is also great mixed with a carrier oil or added to a warm bath. To help relieve tension, try a few drops mixed with unscented body lotion or a carrier oil and apply throughout the day.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water in a diffuser, or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 3–5% in a carrier oil before applying to skin. For a gentler option, start with 1–2 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil, then apply to your skin.
Do not apply undiluted essential oils directly to the skin, as this may cause irritation or burning.
