Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Love Natural Beauty. We partner with trusted U.S. brands who fulfill orders directly from their own studios and facilities. Because of this, return and refund policies vary by brand.

Returns

All return requests must be initiated through Love Natural Beauty.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@lovenaturalbeauty.com within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and photos if applicable.

Once we receive your request, we will coordinate directly with the brand partner. If a return or replacement is approved, instructions will be provided.

Returns are not sent back to Love Natural Beauty and must be shipped directly to the brand’s designated return location.

Important Notes

  • Return approval is determined by each individual brand according to their policies.
  • Some items are considered final sale, especially skincare, body care, and personal care products.
  • Returns based on personal preference, such as scent, texture, or results, are not eligible.
  • Return shipping instructions and destinations will vary depending on the brand.

Refunds

If a return is approved, the brand partner will provide return instructions.

Once the returned item is received and processed by the brand, you will be notified and we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund once it has been issued. Refund timing may vary depending on the brand and return processing time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Delilah Home error
  • Closeout items are final sale
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the return has been received and approved
