Whenever you’re feeling sluggish, reach for Organic Peppermint for a refreshing boost of energy. Due to its natural menthol content, it creates a cooling sensation when applied to the skin. When experiencing head or neck tension, dilute with a carrier oil and massage into the area for a soothing effect. When you’re feeling nauseous or want respiratory support, inhaling its aroma through a personal inhaler can be especially helpful.

How to Use
Diffuse into the air or mix into an unscented body lotion or carrier oil and apply to your chest, neck, or wrists.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 3 to 4 drops per 100 mL of water, or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute up to a maximum of 5% in a carrier oil before applying to skin. For a gentler option, start with 1 to 2 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil, then apply to your skin.
Do not apply undiluted essential oils directly to the skin, as this may cause irritation or burning.
