How to Use
Diffuse into the air or mix in an unscented body lotion or carrier oil and apply to your chest, neck, and wrists.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water in a diffuser, or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 2–5% in a carrier oil before applying to skin. For a gentler option, start with 1–2 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil, then apply to your skin.
Do not apply undiluted essential oils directly to the skin, as this may cause irritation or burning.
